Inherited trigger tags: item and host as source should be displayed

      In case trigger tag is inherited from template it is possible to see from which template(-s). In case tag is inherited from host or host item used in trigger, there is no extra information. It would improve UI, that we displayed Host and Item links in similar way to Parent templates in such cases.

      Noticed and can be done after ZBX-28124 fix.
