      Request: --connect-timeout and --connect-retries options plus config keys. The defaults stay 3 s and 0 retries. 

      Argument: the internal API already takes connect_timeout and retry_interval, and zbx_connect_to_server() already has a retry loop. The sender just passes the fixed values 3 and 0

      Use case: scripts using zabbix_sender that lose data when an unstable path drops a few SYNs.
