For ClickHouse, Zabbix provides convenient scripts for creating a database for history data. Elasticsearch, however, only has the database/elasticsearch/elasticsearch.map file, which contains index definitions.

Similar scripts should also be added for Elasticsearch to make it easier for users to configure it as a history storage backend.
