Actions for complex triggers should not be executed if at least one of hosts in expression are in maintenance mode

      For example,
      We have a complex trigger which includes two hosts (A and B) and our action have the "not in maintenance" condition.
      When the host A in maintenance mode, the trigger should not be executed disregarding of the maintenance status of the host B.
