I'm tired of discussing this over the years in the forum. I feel it would be good to have a more definitive discussion and resolution about this.

I really hate spam, but what I hate more is a forum restriction preventing a member who has proven themselves to be active and contributing to the community to be restricted when reporting spam. Presently a user is allowed to report spam once every 60 seconds. For a new user I agree, this is a good idea, you don't want a new user who has not proven themselves marking every post in the forum as spam. However why hinder seasoned members (100+ posts), which as of this writing is 116 members. I still think a rate limit will be useful just in case, but at least reduce it.
