Init script for java-gateway on CentOS 5 and 6

      CentOS 5 and 6

      Zabbix 2.0 ware released.
      But, Init script for java-gateway does not exist in tarball.

      We want to start automaticaly with java-gateway server process.
      Then, I maked init script for java-gateway.
      This init script ware separated script for zabbix-server, because java-gateway running on another server.

      I tested on CentOS 5 and 6 with ZABBIX-JP's RPMs.
      For this reason, in other environments may need to change some paths.
