Possibility to add the templated screen of a particular host to dashboard favorites

      Currently there is no [+] button ("add to favorites") on host screens that come from templates.
      According Alexei Vladishev's (see ZBX-3129) this is currently not possible because of technical limitations of user profiles (it's not possible to keep both hostid and screenid there). As he suggested, this should be a feature request.
