Currently, the HOST.IP and similar macros return the data from the default host interface, and there is no way to get the values from the interface, that's actually used by the item. Plus, the HOST.IP macro does not depend on the type of the item, i.e., even for JMP item, it may be replaced with the data from an agent interface.

It would be useful to implement analogous macros for items.
