We are trying to integrate ZABBIX ver 1.8.3 with Kaseya Tool. This integration is mainly to convert all generated ZABBIX alerts as auto created Tickets in Kaseya Tool. We checked in forums and research little deep about this integration and observed that it can be done, but the extensions are available from ZABBIX ver 1.8.4.

As of now, we are using ZABBIX ver 1.8.3 and can it be possible to integrate with Kaseya Tool without upgrading ZABBIX version. If so, request you to please let me know the procedure in detail so we can try the same in our environment.

If an upgrade is mandate, we are happy to upgrade ZABBIX version to the latest.
