currently entities can be exported only from the corresponding lists. this is not that convenient when one only wants to export a single entity, especially in large environments where search can quickly lead to entity (limited to host & template for now) properties.

for example, in host or template properties "Export" button would export that single host or template to xml w/o requiring to find the host or template in the list
