I would like to suggest some improvements in Zabbix Trigger Console.
Every monitoring tool has it's own alarm console. I have worked with Tivoli ITM, Spectrum, MS SCOM, HP OpenView and all of them have some good and bad things that I would like to share with Zabbix Team.
The Alarm Console is the main working area for a NOC Team. The NOC see an alarm and take an action on it.
The Zabbix alarm (trigger) console could be much more usable for my NOC if it had:

• Ability to select a line just by clicking anywhere in a row, like Cacti software does.
• Buttons to make actions over alarms easier to accomplish
• Ability to order collumns based on 2 or more criteria (Example: first order by severity, than by date)
• Ability to include or remove new columns in the trigger table
• Column for the name of the person who acknowledged the trigger. We need to track it in a quick way.
• New column for impact. Let's say that an alarm is suppressing other 10 triggers. This must be ordered so that it must be on the top of my list (Spectrum CA has it)

I am very impressed with the quality of Zabbix software and I hope it keep on improving, that's why I am giving those suggestions.
