Drop support of output shorten for API get methods

    Description

      The "shorten" value for the "output" parameter for all API get methods will no longer be supported and needs to be removed.

      This must be done according to the specification in http://zabbix.org/wiki/Docs/specs/ZBXNEXT-1485
