It should, in dual scale graphs, be possible to specify MIN and MAX for both sides.

The way this is today we get stuck to the left scale. A simple example would be a ICMP ping graph that holds ICMP LOSS and ICMP Response Time.

Left would be 0-100 (%) (LOSS) and Right 0-Calculated (s) (RESPONSE TIME).

This simple modification would open a sea of possibilities in graphing with Zabbix.
