Administration/Audit allows you to access the Actions audit log. This is very ease to miss, as you have to notice the tiny little dropdown on top right.

I had to tell a great lot of users about this dropdown, because they didn't notice the dropdown.

I'm not sure what's the best approach to improve the situation. A menu entry? Putting the dropdown in a more prominent place?

There's another dropdown in Configuration/Actions, that's also easy to miss.
