When acknowledging problems, message editbox is not automatically focused when acknowledge page opens. To start typing a message, you either have to click the editbox, or press tab/shift+tab numerous times. It is very inconvinient and distracting.

I'm attaching the sample patch against 1.8.14 (and 1.8.15, I guess, too).
