Save space by putting "first level" menu on the same row as the LOGO and "Session menu"

      Hello,

      I think the current dashboard layout could be easily made more compact by moving the "first level menu" in line with the LOGO, instead of having 2 separate rows.
      So basically compressing the LOGO row and the MENU row into one.
      I tested it and it looks clean and more compact.

      What do you think?
