Define different user for zabbix_server/zabbix_proxy

      zabbix_server/zabbix_proxy can be started as special user (non zabbix) if started as this user. Starting them as root makes both daemons switch to user zabbix. Attached patch makes it possible to define a separate user for zabbix_server/zabbix_proxy at compile time.
