in dashboard, action numbers in the "last 20 issues" get nice tooltips.
in monitoring ->triggers, they do not - should.

additionally, if all actions have been successful, it shows "Ok" - but it is slightly confusing because user does not really know whether that happens when there is single successful action, or always when all actions are successful. and it's also inconsistent. and given that it is shown also for many successful actions, user has no way to figure out how many of them were successful.
so instead of "Ok", number should be shown always.
