Add a TEST button and Textbox / Time Drop Downs, etc to triggers by allowing users to supply a custom value in order to make sure that their trigger is actually working correctly.

Right now I have no way to test regexp triggers for example that are monitoring filesystem status, etc. Even just a simple function to let us test actions as well. Maybe a checkbox for the trigger test to actually test the action too?

Regardless, it'd be great. Especially when we need to test recovery scripts, etc.
