host mass update will be changed so that it does not nuke already linked templates.
it would still be nice to have some functionality that allowed mass unlink - probably another option in mass update, "unlink templates", which would provide some list of such templates.

ideally it would display list of all linked templates and what hosts are linked to each, then allow to mark individual templates
