I think it would be useful to have within Zabbix Frontend a way so items values to refer other items (or applications when LLD based applications can be created - See ZBXNEXT-1767).

A sample:

For a MySQL server let's say we have an item which contains a list of all databases. Or maybe a LLD with an item for each database name.

And for each database name we have a LLD based Application. Now: under the interface (let's say under Last Data) to be able to have a "hyperlink" which will direct us to Application.

Probably the problem could be refined/detailed even more.
