"Other Hosts" selector in proxy properties should have group filter like it does elsewhere. this filter should also have an option 'all'.

wouldn't it also be better to use single host selector ("other hosts") block elsewhere as opposed to reimplementing it in every page ? then hostgroup filter would have to be added only once...
