I have created a "screen" (Configuration->Screen) and added some graphs about interface traffic from different routers from different cities. Each graph automatically gets the item name as it's title. Since the item name is just the interface description I have no idea if the graph is from a router in city A or a router from city B. Ok, I could change the item name but it would mess everything since it is inherited from a template. Ok, I could add the city name in the interface description, although it sounds a nasty workaround!

Suggestion: In the screen page, in the "change" formular (adding new graph) I suggest renaming the field "Graph Name" to "Item Name" and then add another filed called "Graph Name". If it is empty, it would use the item name, otherwise it must use the name I choose. Much better and quite simple, isn't it?
