Currently adding a duplicate action condition, the new value is ignored and no error message is displayed. User might get confused, because nothing happens. There was a preposition to trigger an error and display user friendly error message in revision 37240 (/branches/dev/ZBX-6808 see screenshot), but was removed for time being.
