When a "trigger A" depends on a "trigger B": if "Trigger A" assumes "problem" status and generates an event and after that "trigger B" assumes "problem" status too. "The Trigger" and your event are suppressed.
In this situation it would be important that trigger "A" had its current value changed to a third option (not 0 or 1). It would be useful that this value be used in conditions for the actions.
