add new return value from agent: ZBX_TEMPORARLY_UNAVAILABLE

      basicaly an agent can return 2 types of value:

      ZBX_NOTSUPPORTED:
      or
      the correct value (integer, float, text).

      This patch add an intermediate value:
      ZBX_TEMPORARLY_UNAVAILABLE
      and when this value is received, the Zabbix Server, the item stays "active" but no value is stored
