Selection shortcuts for comboboxes

      When having a lot of items in a combo-box it might be a bit annoying to get 'all' selected.
      Especially in connection with ZBXNEXT-370 it's pretty nice to get a single combo-box or all combo-boxes selected for 'all' items by a shortcut.

      Shortcuts are only displayed if 'All' or 'None / offer all' is configured for 'Dropdown first entry'
