log file monitoring - reset trigger

      Server is a Centos 6.4 2GB of memory
      Mysql
      my version of zabbix is 2.0.9.

      I utilize eventlog for monitoring events on windows.

      But after my trigger changes to critical or changes do warning, i don't can make this trigger come back to OK (green). Dont have method to resset trigger.

      I am try to resset trgger with acknowledge, but this dont work

      Please meke this improvement.
