I didn't find any explicit information where to post patches, so I'm posting one here. If this is not the correct place, please tell me how to post patches.

This is a very small and simple patch. It adds a new constant to defines.inc.php that controls the size of label fonts on maps.

My company requires it, as huge maps on high resolution displays hanging from the ceiling arn't readable until someone comes very close to read the very small labels (map font size is 8).
