When using a brand-servers, have ability to use CIM monitoring providers, what can report hardware health status. In attachment - sample of health view in HP Proliant DL360 G7 with installed on host CIM providers.
Same providers also have in pre-build ESXi from other vendors (IBM, DELL etc.) or available to separate install to host as a patch.
