Currently It Service history is shown back to Jan 1st 2008
This doesn't really make sense, as there is no history beyond the point the IT Service was created.
This can lead to misleading situations, when sharing those statistics with other people/clients/etc, as they may not be aware when the IT Service was created.
The history should only go back to a certain date.
Ideally I think it should only go back to the creation time of the IT Service.
As a second option, a history start date, or time period (like on items) should be able to be set.
As a third option, if neither of those is acceptable, at least a global setting in the application. For example I set up this zabbix instance in Nov 2013, so it makes no sense for it to go further back.
