When you set macros on a template or host, you may be overwriting existing macros from parent templates, or at the global level. It would be useful to see these on templates and hosts, with the text greyed out, or struck through, if overwritten.

This would also be useful when trying to debug configuration issues, as the user can see macros with apply to the host in it's current configuration.
