It's not enough for log item. For example, log data have date and time in the beginning of the line. {ITEM.VALUE} macro extract it only date and time.

It's better to add configuration parameter in defines.inc.php or configuration form on frontend to configure extract number of characters of {ITEM.VALUE} macro.
