I would like there to be more metrics and triggers surrounding discovery rules/items.

A couple examples would be:
-number of discovery jsons processed by a proxy per minute
-number of discovery items backlogged
-for each unique discovery item how many times an hour the proxy has received data for it (this would be like discovery item Inception)
