Allow hosts to be added without interfaces

      In some cases hosts do not have interfaces (Zabbix, SNMP, JMX, IPMI) such as ones that are solely being used for webchecks or trappers. However, Zabbix enforces that there is at least one.
      This does not make sense, why force something if you are not using it? It should be possible to add hosts without being required to add any interfaces if you have no use for them.
