Wouldn't it look better to use a colorized unknown status icon?
Now one might think the status icon could be 'active' under certain circumstances.

One might argue that greyed shown icons represent 'Unknown', since e.g. Agent status icons are shown the same way because its status is unknown.
But these may change (to a colorized type) so differ from the usage of the status icon.
