Expansion for ITEM.VALUE nad ITEM.LASTVALUE is limited for LOG and TEXT in the Last 20 issues widget. It makes it difficult to create a meaningful trigger message for these two types. That's particularly grave for log messages with a timestamp, as the timestamp is not removed from the content.

Contrary to Latest data, information is lost on the server side already and not just hidden through CSS.

The first patch is a cheap mouse-over for Latest data to show the complete value. The other patch adds wrapping for the "issue" column and uses the third argument to formatHistoryValue() to obtain the full data. The wrapping was chosen because this widget already has a mouse-over.
