This task grew out of the discussion in ZBX-8730. Currently, if we send timestamped values to Zabbix server using zabbix_sender, these timestamps are adjusted to Zabbix server time. There are cases where this is the desirable behavior, but there are also cases where this is undesirable and the original timestamp should be used as is, without adjustment.
