Agents currently all have a single place for UserParameters, their respective configuration files.

I believe that there should be a permission controlled pool in the UI / API where user parameters can be entered, stored and sorted. Just like items in a template.

Currently to maintain all our agent configurations, we have to use puppet to push out the configs to every agent monitored.

It seems the method already exists via the script channel. This code could most likely be easily adapted.
