Confirmation for url after login setting

      If a user configure a url that is outside of Zabbix frontend or wrong URL in "URL (after login)" setting, it's necessary to type Zabbix frontend url in browser url field.

      Having a confirmation or warning "This is not Zabbix frontend URL" for the setting is helpful for avoiding mistakes.
