I do think the default implementation for "Multiple PROBLEM events generation" is quite limited.

By example for some triggers which are on INFO or WARN severity it may not be a good idea to have events generated every time. Many of us are checking some parameters at 30-60 seconds. Just imagine if we woke up in the morning and we see hundreds of emails with this notification...

I think we should be able to set the time to generate the event (as at 30 mins or 1 h or so).
