Cannot check the box next to event in Monitoring>Triggers, if the event is already acknowledged and add another bulk acknowledge message (for example, to update issue reason with more details). It seems that the design idea was not to disallow more than one acknowledge for event as one can acknowlege event several times, but why make it impossible to include it also in bulk acknowledge?
