On graph page (zabbix/charts.php), is it possible to add the hostname in front of chart name (select name='hostid') when "all" is selected in host name (select name='graphid').
Actually, if 7 hosts exist and hostid is set to all, then graphid contains 7 charts named 'CPU load'... and maybe hostname > CPUload should be most readable...
