change some default config file parameters to make more sense

      some of the default values in the configuration files do not make much sense or could be improved to provide greater value.

      the following have been agreed with sasha at this point :

      • [PS] DBUser=root -> zabbix
      • [S] MaxHousekeeperDelete=500 -> 5000
      • [PS] LogSlowQueries -> 3000
      • [A] UnsafeUserParameters - document prohibited chars
