Create a new condition on 'actions' to allow us to filter if a discovered host is already registred in Zabbix and its status (monitored/not monitored).

This allow us to make more flexible conditions and only take action (for instance, add to a certain hostgroup, link some template) if the host already exists, usually created by another rule already.
