Since ZBXNEXT-1322 was implemented, Zabbix supports automatic upgrade of the database structure when upgrading to a newer major version.

It would be useful if we could start the zabbix_server and zabbix_proxy binaries to perform the upgrade without starting the other processes afterwards.

This opens the way to safely testing the database upgrades on a seperate server that doesn't start and try to monitor hosts when it's finished.
