It could be useful to be able to specify a fixed value for screen dimensions.
That way, the screen would always be rendered in the same way, regardless of browser window size. I think it should override element sizes if they exceed the preconfigured screen size, but that is open for discussion.

This will make it easier to prepare a screen for a certain diameter display without having a matching display to work on.

This setting should be optional.
