If one is creating new Zabbix module that should be loaded in Zabbix server/proxy and intended to use Simple check item then access to current item's Host interface value would be very helpful.

For example I'm developing modbus TCP zabbix module that is loaded to Zabbix Server and now I have to provide my zabbix host IP address as first argument in [] for every single value I poll, which is not very convenient.
