Zabbix Agent had lost logs with logrt key monitoring, in this operation.

#echo `date "+%m%d %H:%M:%S:"`[MAJOR] zabbix test >> err.log
#echo `date "+%m%d %H:%M:%S:"`[CRITICAL] zabbix test >> err.log

When I wrote new logfile (two echo redirects) then Zabbix Agent did not read log sentence in err.log file, and the log sentence did not appear in item's history in Zabbix Web UI.
