In the current encryption implementation, if a host (or proxy) wants to communicate with crypto but the server does not have crypto set for the host this is logged in the zabbix server log file only.

I'd like the implementation to be extended so internal events are generated as well. This way we can define actions upon these events to, for example, send messages to the Zabbix admins.
